Η οικογένεια Βουδούρη ασχολείται με Ναυπηγοεπισκευαστικά έργα από το 1912. Ο Ευάγγελος Βουδούρης συνεχίζει την παράδοση όπως την διδάχτηκε επί σειρά ετών από τον πατέρα του Όμηρο Βουδούρη, προσθέτοντας σύγχρονο "αέρα". Πλέον το μεράκι για την ναυπήγηση το έχει και υιός Όμηρος Βουδούρης σαν νεότερο μέλος της οικογενείας όντας Ναυπηγός και σκοπός μας είναι να ακολουθηθεί η τεχνολογική εξέλιξη του κλάδου.
